William Blair
Jacqui Robertson is global head of talent, diversity, and inclusion at William Blair. Throughout her 25-year international career, primarily in financial services, Robertson has held senior roles at ING, Aetna Financial Services, Cigna, and Grainger, and is now with William Blair—impacting business performance through people and increasing diversity and inclusion across each organization. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands during her time with ING, Robertson brings a truly global perspective to her thinking about diversity and inclusion, and she is regularly asked to be a keynote speaker in Europe and the United States. Robertson has served on boards for a number of organizations, such as the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4CP) and the Executives’ Club of Chicago’s Chief Diversity Officer Board, and has supported the development of global black leaders through the Executive Leadership Council. Her latest board role involves supporting the award-winning diverse orchestra Chicago Sinfonietta.
A University of Chicago alum, Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was recognized as one of the most powerful and influential women (2006-2007) by Women Looking Ahead magazine.
Becca Gelenberg (she, her, hers)

Becca is the head of People Operations at Upstart – an online AI-powered lending platform focused on expanding access to reasonably priced credit. Becca has more than 10 years of direct People and Culture experience and prior to joining Upstart she built her career at two of the most leading edge HR organizations in the tech industry: Google and Hewlett Packard, where she held various HR business partner and program management positions increasing in size and scope. At Upstart she is leading the people strategy for an organization committed to diversity and equal opportunity for all. Her team’s mission is to make Upstart the best place to do great work for everyone. Becca has an undergraduate degree in math and English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
Sheila Clark (she, her, hers)
Director, Office of Diversity and Inclusion
Federal Reserve
Sheila Clark is the Director, Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) which is the Central Bank of the United States.
She is responsible for the Board’s internal and external diversity and inclusion initiatives and for implementing Section 342-Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (Dodd-Frank Act).
Sheila joined the Board in February, 1995 as the EEO programs director and on January 2, 2011 was appointed program director for the office of Diversity and Inclusion which also incorporates the OMWI office.Prior to joining the Board, she worked in New York City at Dow Jones & Company Inc. and CBS, Inc. where she held EEO and workplace diversity program positions.
Sheila has a B.A. degree from Marymount College, Tarrytown, NY.

Madeline Borkin is a passionate advocate for disability rights, employment equity, and workforce equality. She has a broad background in human resources – including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee assessments and surveys, and diversity and inclusion. She dedicates much of her time as a community volunteer and speaker for i4cp member companies and non-profit organizations such as Best Buddies International, Junior Achievement, Youth Frontiers, and Partners in Policymaking.

Maureen holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and is a published author and frequently requested speaker, teaching top organizations how to improve their bottom line by expanding their footprint in DEI. Mo is a natural leader, entrepreneur, and dynamic educator who is an expert on getting people to think big, take action and move the dial on driving results for themselves and their teams.
Demetrius Cook is the Marketing Manager and Brand Ambassador for The Moxie Exchange and the Everyday Inclusion app. Based in Colorado, he is on a mission to get the word out about our DEI microlearning tool to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
