Stephanie Douglass, SPHR, has over 25 years of human resources experience focusing on a range of disciplines including employee relations, staff planning, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, acquisitions, compensation, learning and development.

Jane Elliott joined Deluxe Corporation in April 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In June 2020, Jane added all investor, public relations, media and internal communications to her role, becoming Chief Communications and Human Resources Officer.

Prior to Deluxe, Jane was with Global Payments, where she most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. She worked closely with executive leadership optimizing internal functions with corporate strategic objectives to drive significant cost savings. Jane brings over 20 years of experience in the payment technology space including nine years at First Data.

This role combines Sheryl’s extensive communications expertise, deep understanding of business strategy, strength in analytics and passion for creating inclusive experiences. She also co-leads a multi-functional team coordinating the company’s return to office and related strategies for the exploration of the future of work.

She is a popular speaker that has won numerous awards internally, including the Walter Wheeler Award the company’s highest employee honor, and externally, such as the Public Relations Society of America’s D. Parke Gibson award, its highest individual award for contributions to diversity. Sheryl has a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.
