Cheryl most recently was the Corporate Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion at Lockheed Martin, advancing diversity and inclusion as a business and talent imperative. She is an experienced executive with cross-disciplinary expertise in the manufacturing, distribution, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Dawn Higgins is currently Senior Manager Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Nestlé Purina PetCare. Dawn has the pleasure of working alongside passionate people and their pets every day at work. In this role, Dawn has the responsibility of delivering the organization’s strategies to promote and foster a culture of appreciation, equity, and inclusion and to support global Nestlé DEI initiatives.

Dawn previously was a strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Nestlé Purina supporting various departments and business units. Her more than 20-year career includes time spent in Human Resources at May Merchandising Company and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Madeline Borkin (she, her, hers)

Madeline Borkin is a passionate advocate for disability rights, employment equity, and workforce equality.
