The Marketing Manager is at the center of all our campaigns and marketing projects to drive leads, MQLs, customer experience, and company brand awareness.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field of study. You are organized, ready to learn, easy to work with, willing to pitch in, pitch ideas, try new things. You have at least 3 years working with social media for business, a non-profit, or organization you’re associated with. You have some professional or academic experience with market research, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing. You have experience with HubSpot. Plus, you are:

You will

Work with the Chief Digital Officer and sales team to support product, digital and field marketing to drive lead generation. You will:

  • provide event support and manage logistics
  • run email campaigns
  • create social media content
  • monitor DEI news and professionals
  • research appropriate industry events
  • help write press releases
  • manage social media
  • help with website updates
  • promote The Moxie Exchange and the Everyday Inclusion app by including Moxie in the conversation
